Regina has been the dean of career services at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management for over a decade. In this role, she manages a team across career education, advising and corporate relations. She has advised thousands of students through the career search process. Under her leadership, UCLA Anderson has been cited in major MBA rankings, including Bloomberg Businessweek and the Economist for the high satisfaction of students for the service they have received from the career office. Poets & Quants highlighted the team in its 2017 Best MBA Career Centers article.
Prior to Anderson, Regina founded and ran Artume LLC, an executive recruiting and career-consulting firm. Her executive recruiting career began at Spencer Stuart, a major global firm, and continued at a New York-based boutique firm. In both places, she concentrated on financial services recruiting. Prior to executive recruiting, Regina worked in deal originations for Bank of America's Leasing and Capital Group. Early in her career, Regina worked for Greenwich Associates, a financial services market research and consulting firm, known for its benchmarking studies. Throughout her career, Regina has been providing career guidance to a range of people from college students to high-level executives.
Regina received a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Colgate University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson. Both schools have recognized her high level of alumni commitment. She has received Colgate’s Ann Yao Memorial Young Alumni Award as well as a Maroon Citation. At Anderson, she received the Outstanding Alumni Service Award in 2005 and was chosen as one of the 100 Inspirations as part of the school's 75th anniversary celebration. She has also received the Abe Ackerman Staff Excellence award, the highest award given to a staff member.
